2. Campaign Updates:
   • SAEN:
     • SAEN Member’s JR refused permission. Appeal being taken by SAEN Chairman Graham Whitehead
     • Other JR by Peter Elliott didn’t get permission to apply for permission. Peter is now going to EU Courts – Human Rights and Supreme Court.
     • Public Inquiry into Stopping Up of Eastwoodbury Lane – result expected in September.
     • Church wall hearing concluded on 31st May. Result to be announced 17th June.
   • We Want a Wind Farm:
     • Middlewick Planning Appeal granted permission for wind farm
   • Marinet:
     • CFP Reform campaign advancing
     • Letters to send to MPs
   • Campaigner Networks:
     • Denis attended update meeting on 1st June
     • Proposing to use forum software for mailing lists
